BecomeTen provides an AI facial rating (score, tier, trait breakdown and an estimate of non-surgical potential), a personal plan, and an illustrative AI potential simulation.

The service is for adults only. By submitting a photograph you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the photograph is of you. Photographs of other people, or of anyone under 18, are not permitted.

The score is an AI estimate from a single 2D photograph — NOT an objective measurement, medical advice or a diagnosis. AI images are illustrations, not a prediction of real results.

A full rating for one scan costs €6.99 as a one-time payment. BecomeTen PRO is a subscription at €9.99 per month or €59.99 per year and includes up to 20 scans per rolling 30 days (at most 3 per day), each with the potential photo. The seller is not a VAT payer; the stated prices are final.

Payment is processed by Stripe. The contract is formed upon successful payment.

A BecomeTen PRO subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, per the plan you chose) at the price stated above, until you cancel it. Before paying you see the price, the period length and the fact that it renews.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it a few times and we email you with a link to update your card; if it still fails the subscription ends and PRO access stops — the period you already paid for remains yours. Your scans and progress stay in your account.

We may change prices; a change applies only from the next period and we will email you at least 30 days in advance so you can cancel.

You can cancel at any time under Manage subscription in your account, which opens the secure Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then, and nothing is charged retroactively.

This is digital content delivered immediately after payment (unlocking the rating, plan, and generating the AI potential image).

The rating, plan and potential image are produced by artificial-intelligence systems (Anthropic, OpenAI). The “potential” image is an artificially generated, altered image of your face — it is labelled as an AI simulation and you must not present it as a real photograph or as a prediction of a result.

The photograph you upload must be of you. You are responsible for having the right to use it.

Your account and a BecomeTen PRO subscription are personal — one person, one face; progress tracking only compares your own scans. Scans of another person under your PRO may be excluded from comparisons and statistics. Another person on the same device creates their own account; anyone can buy a one-time rating under their own account.

You can delete your account at any time in settings — we delete photos and analyses. We may close an account that breaches these terms (for example photos of other people, sharing PRO between several people, abuse, circumventing payment); ratings already paid for and delivered are unaffected.

We may change these terms. We announce material changes on this page and by email; a rating you already paid for is governed by the terms in force at purchase.

The service does not replace professional medical or dermatological examination and is informational. Consult a licensed professional before any treatment.

The provider is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the recommendations. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; this does not affect a consumer’s statutory rights, nor liability for intent or gross negligence.

If you are unhappy with how a complaint was handled or believe we breached your rights, ask us for redress at hello@becometen.com. If we refuse or do not reply within 30 days, you may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution (Slovak Act No. 391/2015) to an ADR body — for example Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), Inspectorate for the Prešov Region, Obrancov mieru 6, 080 01 Prešov, Slovakia, pr@soi.sk, www.soi.sk. The list of ADR bodies is kept by the Slovak Ministry of Economy (www.mhsr.sk).

The consumer-protection supervisory authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI).
