Guides

BecomeTen guides are ordered, step-by-step pages: where a beginner starts, what a month can change, and how to choose a hairstyle or glasses for a face shape. Each step carries its evidence level, each guide links the free tool that reads the relevant trait, and none of them promises anything about bone.

What a guide is here

A journal article on this site takes one lever, sunscreen, a retinoid, body fat, sleep, and sets out what the studies found and on what timeline. A guide takes several levers and puts them in order. It says what to do first, what to start now and judge later, and what to skip, and it ends with a numbered list of steps you can follow without re-reading the page. The evidence level is stated at each step, the same four levels a BecomeTen plan uses: strong, moderate, weak, or no studies.

Two of the guides are about routine and two are about framing. Routine guides move tissue and take months; framing guides move how a face reads and take an afternoon. Both are honest about which is which, and both point to the free tools that read the relevant trait from one photo, so the advice starts from your face rather than a chart's assumption about it.

The guides

  • Looksmaxxing for beginners: the order of operations, from a baseline photo through skin, sleep, body fat and grooming, and the two forum methods to refuse.
  • 30-day glow up plan: week by week, with the fast levers front-loaded and an honest account of what a month cannot show.
  • Hairstyle by face shape: the six shapes, what each needs to balance, and the cuts that work for men and women.
  • Glasses by face shape: frame shape by face shape, width against cheekbones, the bridge, and what your pupillary distance is for.

The wider context, what is workable and what is structural, and why the score is calibrated so an average adult lands at 50 to 60, is on the looksmaxxing pillar and in the methodology. The evidence behind each individual lever is in the journal.

An estimate, not a measurement. Educational content, not a diagnosis or a substitute for a doctor's consultation.
